By purchasing a couch or scheduling a pickup with The Couch Plug, you agree to the following:

• Free couch pickup applies only to gently used, resellable couches/sectionals. Items with heavy damage, stains, odors, or excessive wear may require a paid removal fee.

• Delivery and pickup times are scheduled based on availability.

• A $50 non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve a couch or confirm delivery.

• Prices, fees, and services are subject to change at any time.
