Refund Policy

All couch sales are final.

Refunds will not be issued once a couch has been delivered and accepted by the customer.

If a couch does not fit through your doorway, hallway, or stairway during delivery, the $50 deposit is non-refundable. The couch will be returned with our team.

Paid couch removal services are non-refundable once completed.
